OrthoPAC

OrthoPAC is an important tool in our advocacy program. It allows the OOS to support legislators in the Ohio General Assembly concerning issues pertaining to orthopaedics and the practice of medicine. Every year the legislature considers bills that could potentially impact the orthopaedic profession and its patients. A strong PAC provides the opportunity for the Society’s voice to be heard by elected officials in the legislature. The goal of ORTHO PAC is to support Representatives and Senators who are sympathetic to our viewpoint.

Required by State Law

The political action committee must report the name, address, date and amount for each contribution received.
